About The Team
We are a high-performing global engineering team focused on delivering reliable and scalable ERP Finance solutions that support critical business operations. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders and vendor partners across the US and Bangalore to provide 24x7 production support, drive new feature development, and explore innovative AI capabilities around ERP financial data.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translates complex business requirements and functional specifications into executable stories, designs, and code modules; partners with product teams to understand business needs and functional specifications.
- Independently writes high quality, maintainable, and robust code by building adequate test suits and observability framework.
- Guides application and software development teams in the design and build of complex solutions and ensures teams are in alignment with the architecture blueprint, standards, and strategies.
- Participates and mentor’s other engineers in software development technologies and processes by creating onboarding documents, root cause analysis, key learnings, demos, and share-out sessions.
- Automates and simplifies team development, tests, and operations processes for efficiency of delivering the work.
- Evaluates modern software, tools, and technologies to provide objective analysis and recommendations to the team.
Years Of Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
Education Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
Primary Skills
- 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps.
- 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development.
- 3 years of Hands-on experience with ERP financial such as General Ledger, Account Payables
- 3 years of Hands-on experience with building Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud Fusion) financial analytical reports
- 2 years of Hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) formerly Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
- 2 years of Hands-on experience with Oracle PL-SQL programming
- 1 years of Hands-on Python, SQL, or data science libraries/frameworks used for AI/ML integration and analytics automation is a plus.
- 4 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment, developing and implementing business systems within an organization, and working with source code control systems.
- 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, defect or incident tracking software, web services, and application and integration middleware.
- 4 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions.
- 4 years of experience working with three or more of the following: Continuous integration/continuous deployment tools, frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, and/or DevOps.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies for analytics, reporting automation, anomaly detection, predictive insights, or intelligent business process optimization.
- Experience integrating AI-enabled reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle AI services, Generative AI capabilities, or enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts such as data modeling, forecasting, classification, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation in enterprise applications.
- Experience utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., Oracle Generative AI Services, OCI AI Services, LLM-powered assistants, Copilot technologies) to improve developer productivity, reporting insights, or operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of data engineering and AI/ML workflows including data preparation, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring within cloud environments.
