We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with an AI‑first mindset. This role is ideal for an individual contributor who thrives in building scalable backend systems and actively leverages modern AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to enhance speed, quality, and innovation in engineering workflows.
You will join a forward‑thinking engineering team that embraces AI‑native development practices to achieve faster delivery, improved code quality, and smarter problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core
- Architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient microservices
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and code review
- Manage source control and CI/CD workflows using GitHub
- Track tasks and progress using Jira
- Develop and debug applications using Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong expertise in backend development using C# and .NET Core
- Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures
- Hands‑on experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and Jira for project tracking
- Comfortable working in Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code environments
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants to enhance development workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
Tech Stacks :
- Backend — .NET 8 Microservices deployed on Azure AKS
- Testing — Playwright for end-to-end (E2E) automation
- Frontend — Angular 17 with Module Federation (preferred)
- Data & Infra — Azure SQL, Redis 7, Apache Kafka 2.10
- Auth & Comms — Azure AD B2C, SignalR
- Storage — Azure Blob Storage
- AI First - Claude or Copilot (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI‑native development workflows, including prompt engineering, AI‑assisted debugging, and automated documentation
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a passion for innovation
- Ability to influence technical decisions and promote an AI‑first engineering culture
