As a senior engineer, you are a skilled and experienced full-stack developer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering quality software, and collaborating closely with teammates. You bring strong coding, debugging, and system design skills across both back-end and front-end technologies. You have a deep understanding of. NET (C#) and Angular, and you are comfortable working in cloud-native environments, particularly on AWS. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions using. NET (C#) for backend services, Angular for front-end applications, and PostgreSQL for data storage.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software that meets performance and security standards.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to modern software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to cloud-native architectures, deploying and maintaining applications in AWS (experience with Azure or GCP also valued).
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Debug and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
- Collaborate in CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI or similar tools (GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
- Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, bringing forward innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to strengthen the overall technical capability of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in. NET (C#) and Angular, with a deep understanding of modern development frameworks and tools.
- Experience with cloud-native development and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle or other modern database technologies.
- Strong grasp of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and API development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade or financial systems.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to test automation and continuous integration best practices.
- Passion for mentoring peers and contributing to team-wide engineering improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
