As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role where youll solve complex problems and directly contribute to building features that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize software features and modules in a cloud-native environment.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product and QA teams to deliver software that meets user needs and business goals.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and database layers.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to improve development workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in at least one end-to-end tech stack (backend + frontend).
- Proficient in backend development (Java/Spring, Python/FastAPI, or C#/.NET).
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and automated testing.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
