About the Role:
Join our Full Stack HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) team and own significant features of a cutting-edge human-agent collaboration platform. You'll be at the forefront of building interfaces where enterprise users review AI decisions, provide critical feedback, and maintain control over high-stakes workflows in regulated environments.
What You'll Build:
- Schema-driven UI systems that dynamically render based on task context
- "Editable Reasoning" interfaces for inspecting and overriding agent logic
- Real-time streaming UI patterns displaying agent "thinking" without flicker or lag
- Interrupt-and-resume backend patterns for seamless agent-human collaboration
- State visualization systems for durable workflows (Suspended, Active, Completed)
- Bulk action interfaces with full audit integrity
- Component registries mapping schema types to UI widgets
- End-to-end feature ownership from API design to frontend implementation
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years building production web applications
- Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
- Solid backend skills in Go or Python
- Experience with data-intensive enterprise applications
- Strong product intuition and UX design sensibility
- Deep Expertise in 2-3 of:
- Schema-driven or configuration-driven UI systems
- Real-time and streaming interfaces
- Complex workflow visualization
- State management for multi-step processes
- Human-in-the-loop interaction patterns
- Integration with workflow orchestration engines
