Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated engineer with strong experience in CAD customization,
automation, and system integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing solutions
that enhance engineering productivity by connecting CAD platforms with business systems and
automating engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications, plugins, and automation solutions for NX and CATIA V5.
- Design and implement integrations between CAD systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop solutions for CAD data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Integrate CAD applications with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to streamline engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, PLM, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD customizations, integrations, and automation tools.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user training materials.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and product development processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- Strong proficiency in NX and CATIA V5.
- Experience in CAD Customization and Automation.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#.
- Experience with CAD Data Extraction and Integration.
- Hands-on experience integrating CATIA/NX with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HTML and web-based technologies.
- Understanding of engineering workflows, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional team.
