This is an outsourced deployment role, where the selected candidate will work as part of the client’s extended engineering team.
Role Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and NestJS to build and maintain scalable backend systems. The role involves developing APIs, integrating third-party services, working with modular feature-based architecture, and contributing to multi-tenant product development.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of backend features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working in a fast-moving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS
- Build and manage scalable APIs and business logic
- Work with MySQL and Redis for data storage and caching
- Integrate with external and third-party APIs
- Contribute to multi-tenant product architecture
- Develop backend modules with a feature-based architecture
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and client stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Technical Requirements(Must have)
- 5–6 years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in:
Solid experience in:
- REST API development
- Third-party API integrations
- Feature/module-based backend architecture
- Debugging and performance optimization
Good to have
- Understanding of Web3
- Exposure to KYC workflows
- Familiarity with cross-border payments
- Experience in fintech or payments-related products
- Ability to work in client-facing engineering environments
