Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
Xebia is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing high‑quality, enterprise‑grade solutions while working closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
- Translate product backlog items and user stories into robust technical implementations
- Implement and optimize Copilot (AI‑powered) features within Dynamics 365
- Develop custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations
- Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages / Power Portal)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, and reviews
- Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, and production support activities
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service development
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot or AI‑driven features
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, case management, SLAs, and queues
- Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or AI services
- Experience working in Agile product‑based delivery teams
- Additional Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure)
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale implementations
