The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications with expertise in frontend technologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems. This is a Contract to Hire role where the selected candidate will initially be on Bloom Consulting Services payroll and later converted to permanent employment with Acuver Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, backlog grooming, and prioritization Decompose monolithic applications into scalable and resilient microservices Apply microservices best practices such as DDD, Bounded Context, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Polyglot Persistence, and Event-Driven Data Management Design, build, and enhance iPaaS platforms for faster implementation cycles Define CI/CD pipelines and select monitoring tools for applications and services Build and improve product engineering culture within the team Improve team lead time, cycle time, and velocity through innovation and automation Design and build secure, scalable, and high-throughput distributed applications Work with messaging middleware such as Kafka and ActiveMQ Evaluate and select suitable database technologies including RDBMS and NoSQL Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver solutions Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6 Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility Experience with Webpack, Babel, npm, or yarn Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or Cloud Foundry Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar messaging middleware Experience in CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Required Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 8 years of software development experience 5 years of hands-on experience in solution or technical design of enterprise applications Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving Experience building scalable, secure, and distributed applications Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms Experience with Java, NodeJS, or Python Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience contributing to open-source community Strong GitHub profile Experience with AI/ML modelling platforms and data analytics Experience with Cloud Foundry (PCF) Experience with Event-Driven Architecture Experience working in Agile or Scrum environment Notice Period Immediate Joiners Preferred Industry IT Services / Product Engineering / Supply Chain Technology Functional Area Software Development / Microservices / Cloud Engineering
