Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baku for a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will lead and participate in software development initiatives, design and implement back-end solutions, and develop and optimize programming code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient software solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing, reviewing, and maintaining code while ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science principles and concepts
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and hands-on experience in Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable software solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
