StockBazaar is building an institutional-grade stock market terminal for Indian retail investors, and we are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technology stack end-to-end.
𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐚𝐫
StockBazaar (stockbazaar.co.in), under Garg Ventures Pvt Ltd, is an all-in-one market intelligence and trading platform integrating NSE, BSE, and MCX data with broker OAuth connectivity. The platform covers live trading, technical analysis, options analytics, fundamental research, IPOs, mutual funds, and algo backtesting.
Currently in pre-beta, we are targeting 15,000 paying users in Year 1 and 100,000+ in Year 2.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 + 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞)
You will lead the entire technology stack across web, backend, iOS, and Android. This role involves architecture decisions, feature shipping, code reviews, and technical leadership while working directly with the founder in a high-ownership environment.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 3+ years of fintech product development experience with exposure to NSE/BSE data, broker APIs, derivatives, or trading systems
• Strong experience with React, FastAPI/Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Mobile development experience with React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift
• Experience building systems handling real-time financial data at scale
• Prior experience reviewing PRs, mentoring developers, and making architecture decisions
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as GPT, Claude, or Llama into production systems
• Exposure to ML models including recommendation systems, anomaly detection, or financial time-series prediction
• Active trader or investor with a strong understanding of retail market participants
