Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven
Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in MEAN or MERN stack development to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
This role requires strong full-stack development capabilities, cloud and DevOps exposure, database expertise, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support for web and mobile applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performance applications using MERN stack technologies such as MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Provide technical leadership by driving development activities, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for application deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL with a focus on performance and data integrity.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously explore and adopt modern technologies, frameworks, and development practices to improve product quality and team productivity.
- Ideal Candidate should have End to End Product development Experience.
Required Expertise
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web and mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in MEAN or MERN stack technologies:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- Angular or React.js
- Node.js
- Python
- Solid experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of software architecture, scalable application design, REST APIs, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices including Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience leading development teams or owning modules/projects independently.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
