Role-Senior Software Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic Systems

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic Systems to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in building intelligent AI applications, autonomous agents, and scalable AI platforms that solve complex business problems.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and production-ready AI solutions while driving innovation through modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Build intelligent autonomous and multi-agent AI systems using modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Create AI-powered solutions for semantic search, conversational AI, document intelligence, text-to-SQL, knowledge retrieval, and business process automation.
- Design effective prompt engineering strategies, reasoning workflows, tool integrations, and agent orchestration to improve AI accuracy and response quality.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, REST APIs, databases, cloud services, data warehouses, and business applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures using Python and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models and applications through performance benchmarking, observability, model versioning, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver enterprise AI products.
- Ensure AI applications comply with enterprise security standards, data privacy regulations, Responsible AI principles, and governance requirements.
- Develop reusable AI components, APIs, and services that enable scalable deployment and long-term maintainability.
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve enterprise AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Platforms, AI Engineering, or related technologies are preferred.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Software Development, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related domains.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI, LLM-based, or Agentic AI applications.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, cloud-native application development, API integration, and scalable system architecture.
