A fast-growing, technology-driven investment firm focused on U.S. consumer credit markets is seeking an senior software engineer to join its team!
The firm combines advanced data science and machine learning with investment expertise to manage portfolios of consumer loans and develop technology solutions for credit market participants.
What You’ll Do:
● Develop scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines
● Build ML-driven financial modeling and analytics tools
● Provide guidance and mentorship to Software Developers
● Optimize forecasting algorithms with the quantitative research team
● Integrate with fintech platforms and financial institutions
● Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization
● Partner cross-functionally to support new product and research initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years of software development experience
● Degree in Computer Science (or similar technical field)
● Strong Python skills in production environments
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
● Self directed with an investigative mindset
● Bonus: Proven mentorship with junior engineers. Familiarity with financial modeling or structured finance.
● Comfort wearing multiple hats and working in an outcome driven environment
