We are looking for an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with deep expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and the Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (Cosmos experience is mandatory)
- Build scalable workflow and case management solutions
- Work with DX APIs, Blueprint, and AI capabilities (preferred)
- Design and optimize relational databases (Oracle) and write efficient SQL queries
- Contribute to cloud deployments and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Collaborate within Agile delivery frameworks
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Minimum CSSA certification
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Case Management
- Workflows
- Business Rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
Technical Skills
- Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning
- Pega BIX, Connectors & Services
- Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
- Pega Administration (installation, configuration)
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payments, disputes, or lending workflows
- Understanding of banking regulations & compliance
- Strong stakeholder management & client-facing skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
