SDE 3 – Full Stack Engineer (FinTech Preferred)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (SDE 3) who can design, build, and scale complex systems end-to-end. You will play a key role in architecting backend services, developing intuitive frontend experiences, and ensuring system reliability in a high-stakes (preferably FinTech) environment.
This role requires strong ownership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work on production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, high-performance full stack applications
- Architect backend services and APIs with strong emphasis on reliability and security
- Develop responsive and performant frontend applications
- Work on real-time data processing and transaction-heavy systems
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and ship features
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and low latency
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Drive code quality, best practices, and technical standards across the team
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Backend & System Expertise:
- Strong experience with backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / Go)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling
- Familiarity with caching, queues, and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of API design (REST / GraphQL)
Frontend Expertise:
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
- Strong understanding of state management and performance optimization
- Ability to build scalable and maintainable UI systems
FinTech/ High Stake Systems (Preferred)
- Experience working with payment systems, ledgers, or financial workflows
- Understanding of transaction handling, reconciliation, and audit trails
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations
DevOps & Infrastructure:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
