Role Overview
The Senior AI & Software Engineer will lead the development of AI-powered diagnostic systems, medical imaging software, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale healthcare data platforms.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in:
- AI recognition systems
- Machine Learning model training

- Medical imaging workflows

This role requires someone capable of building highly accurate AI systems from research to production level.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
- Build and train advanced AI models for X-ray image analysis and disease detection.
- Develop high-accuracy diagnostic AI systems for:
- Pneumonia
- Tuberculosis
- Fractures
- COVID-19
- Cancer detection
- Other radiological abnormalities
- Optimize AI recognition accuracy, sensitivity, and performance.
- Reduce false positives and improve diagnostic reliability.
- Train and fine-tune CNN, Transformer, and Computer Vision models.
- Continuously improve AI models using real-world healthcare datasets.
Medical Imaging & Computer Vision
- Develop image-processing pipelines for digital X-ray systems.
- Work with:
- DICOM
- PACS
- Medical image annotation systems
- Implement real-time image analysis workflows.
- Optimize AI performance for low-resource and edge-device environments.
Large-Scale Data & Networking
- Handle and process large-scale medical imaging datasets securely.
- Build scalable cloud networking systems for healthcare data transfer.
- Design secure infrastructure for image upload, analysis, storage, and remote access.
- Manage high-volume AI inference and cloud synchronization systems.
- Ensure reliable networking for remote diagnostics and telemedicine integration.
Software Engineering & Cloud Infrastructure
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Build cloud-native healthcare platforms using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement secure healthcare data systems compliant with medical privacy standards.
- Design microservices architecture and AI deployment pipelines.
- Maintain high system reliability, security, and performance.
Collaboration & Product Development
- Work closely with AI researchers, radiologists, hardware engineers, and product teams.
- Integrate AI software with portable X-ray hardware systems.
- Participate in product architecture, feature planning, and system optimization.
- Support deployment, testing, debugging, and production releases.

- 5+ years of professional experience in AI and software engineering.

- Familiarity with DICOM and PACS workflows.
- Experience working with medical datasets and healthcare compliance systems.
- Startup experience is highly preferred.
- Experience building edge AI or offline-capable AI systems is a plus.
