Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Chennai
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React JS, ensuring that our development teams deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize strong React JS knowledge to guide development teams in implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
- Manage resource allocation and team dynamics to optimize performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project methodologies throughout the delivery process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in React JS, with a deep understanding of its core principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and integration processes.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
