We’re Hiring: Senior Developer
Made by Fire is a digital product design agency focused on building scalable, high-quality digital products with speed and precision.
We’re looking for a Senior Developer based in Chennai who can take ownership of development, manage a small team, and deliver clean, reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage developers
- Own backend development and solution architecture
- Build and integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure performance
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot and deliver projects on time with strong attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
- 5–6 years of experience in Core PHP
- Strong experience in Node.js and Angular
- Solid understanding of OOP, backend development, and scalable architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub
- Experience working with Claude
- Ability to manage projects and teams independently
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset
