Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Lead to manage and drive enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and platform governance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, and the ability to lead technical teams while aligning platform capabilities with enterprise standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and governance of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
- Drive implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture and standards
- Oversee platform integrations with enterprise systems
- Define and enforce security, access controls, and role-based permissions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and leadership
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms
- Hands-on experience with integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP
- MID Server
- SSO
- LDAP
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions
- Experience aligning ServiceNow implementations with enterprise IT standards
