Senior Engineer – Video Codecs & AI | Bangalore (On-site)
We’re looking for a high-impact individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of Video Engineering + AI/ML and wants to work on cutting-edge imaging technologies.
📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site)
💼 Experience: 4+ Years
🔧 What You’ll Work On:
- Build and optimize video algorithms, codecs, and imaging solutions
- Work on AI/ML-driven video applications
- Debug, enhance, and improve performance of high-end video systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions
- Own end-to-end deliverables

✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Video/Imaging OR AI/ML domain
- Hands-on with:
- C / C++ / MATLAB (video/codecs) OR
- PyTorch / TensorFlow (AI/ML-based video applications)
- Solid understanding of video fundamentals OR neural networks
- Experience with debugging, optimization, and software development practices (Git, testing)
💡 Good to Have:
- Knowledge of video codecs (H.264 / H.265 / AV1 / VP9)
- SIMD optimizations (AVX / NEON / SVE)
- Multi-threading & performance optimization
- GPU/NPU-based inference optimization
- Publications / patents in relevant domains
