About the role
We are seeking a highly adaptable, hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help us build and scale reliable web, data, cloud, and GenAI-powered products.
This role combines backend engineering, frontend integration, cloud infrastructure, system reliability, and practical AI implementation. You will work closely with frontend, backend, and data engineers to improve delivery speed, stabilize systems, and build scalable product experiences.
We are looking for someone who moves quickly, communicates clearly, takes ownership, and prefers practical engineering solutions over unnecessary complexity.
This is a full-time, fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve frontend, backend, and data-driven applications.
- Contribute to scalable cloud infrastructure and system reliability initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Help stabilize and simplify existing architecture and engineering workflows.
- Improve testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment reliability.
- Debug production issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
- Work on GenAI-enabled features and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to improve technical alignment and delivery speed.
- Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and observable system design.
- Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.
- Participate in code reviews and improve overall engineering quality.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building modern web applications and backend systems.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable system design.
- Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven applications.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance speed, maintainability, and scalability based on product stage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
