GyanMatrix Technologies is an AI-augmented IT services company serving US and UK enterprise clients from our Coimbatore and Bangalore offices. We build and scale engineering teams for global enterprises — including a 300+ engineer GCC engagement for News Corp — and we're expanding. You'll work on production systems built to handle enterprise-scale traffic, alongside senior engineers who take craft seriously.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can own features end to end — from designing secure APIs to shipping responsive UIs to deploying on AWS. You'll work directly with enterprise clients, mentor junior engineers, and help set the technical bar for the team.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications built for high-concurrency, enterprise-grade workloads
- Build responsive user interfaces with React.js and robust backend services with Node.js
- Design secure RESTful APIs and manage MongoDB database systems
- Deploy and operate applications within the AWS ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and AWS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift on-site

- Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress
- Tailwind CSS
