🚀 Hiring: AEM Backend Developer/ Lead/Architect (6+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Backend Developer to join our team! If you have strong hands-on experience in AEM and Java-based development, this could be a great opportunity for you.

🔹 Experience Required

✔ Overall: 6+ years

✔ Core AEM: 3–4+ years (must have project experience)

🔹 Key Skills

  • Strong Java programming foundation
  • Hands-on with OSGi, JCR, Sling, WCM APIs, Sling Models
  • Experience in AEM Workflows, Workflow Launchers, Sling Servlets
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API Integrations
  • Expertise in Lucene Indexing, Query Builder, Search
  • Experience with Sightly (HTL)
  • Exposure to Coral UI / Granite UI customization
  • Strong understanding of AEM Security & Access Controls
  • Knowledge of Oak, Sling, Dispatcher
  • Experience with Multi-Site Manager (MSM)

🔹 Tools & Technologies

  • Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, Hudson
  • JUnit, CI/CD, Automated Testing

🔹 Nice to Have

  • Experience with other CMS / DXP platforms
  • Strong documentation & communication skills
  • Prior client experience (preferred)

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain AEM backend solutions
  • Collaborate with QA, UX, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery
