Your Role:
As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building scalable, test-driven web applications with seamless user experiences. You will work closely with the CTO to architect, design, and deliver our product from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly UIs with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable systems on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Write clean, test-driven, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on product direction, features, and priorities.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Contribute ideas openly and honestly your perspective matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience level: 5+ years in software development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Solid backend development experience in Python, Flask, Fast API.
- Experience with scalable architecture, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A mindset of accountability, honesty, and continuous learning.
- Passion for building seamless user experiences and solving meaningful problems.
- Nice-to-have (Highly valued): Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
