Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience across frontend and backend technologies, works comfortably in cross-functional teams, and delivers production-ready solutions with high quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance UIs using Angular and TypeScript; develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java (Spring Boot or equivalent).
- Design, implement, and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ensure secure application design including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features aligned with business requirements.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, and modern frontend development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
- Backend development experience using Java (Spring, Spring Boot preferred).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices concepts, and system integration.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with No-SQL databases such as MongoDB, Elastic Search
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience in test cases based application development.
Nice to Have / Added Advantage
- Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences domains (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, clinical or regulatory systems).
- Exposure to mobile-first or enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.
