POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tech Team Leader who can lead a team of developers, manage end-to-end project execution, and communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in modern web and mobile technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team of 7–10 developers.
• Plan, architect, and oversee scalable web and mobile application development.
• Develop and manage REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and project delivery.
• Communicate with international clients and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing applications and systems.
• Monitor project timelines, team performance, and delivery status.
• Implement modern development workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Guide the team in AI-powered development practices and automation tools.
• Support Flutter-based mobile application development projects.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Mentoring mindset with leadership capabilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with international projects and client communication.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD setup.
• Knowledge of AI-powered development workflows and automation tools.
• Experience handling mobile app projects using Flutter.
