About The Role
As a
Senior Software Engineer 2 (Web) , you will play a critical role in
architecting and building highly scalable, high-performance consumer-facing applications used by millions of users .
Beyond delivering features, you will drive
technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence across the frontend platform. You will partner closely with
Product, Design, and Backend teams to build intuitive and performant experiences while ensuring systems scale reliably under heavy usage.
This role requires
strong technical leadership, deep frontend expertise, and the ability to influence engineering standards across teams .
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications used by millions of users
- Lead architecture and technical design discussions for complex frontend systems
- Drive development of shared frameworks, SDKs, and reusable UI components to improve consistency and developer productivity
- Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, and responsiveness across browsers and devices
- Establish and drive best practices for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate complex product ideas into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Analyze application performance metrics and implement improvements in load time, rendering speed, and interaction latency
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and platform services
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to evaluate new technologies and architectural approaches
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale consumer-facing web applications
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with meta-frameworks such as Next.js or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and rendering pipelines
- Strong experience with state management, modular architecture, and scalable frontend design patterns
- Expertise in CSS, animations, and high-performance UI rendering techniques
- Strong understanding of web security principles including CORS, CSP, CSRF, XSS , and secure frontend practices
- Experience designing reusable component libraries or frontend platforms
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and drive engineering best practices across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating advanced charting solutions such as the TradingView Charting Library or similar financial visualization libraries
- Experience building products in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency data environments
- Exposure to Web3 technologies and crypto ecosystems
