Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI
Bangalore (Hybrid)
Overview
This position will design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure Agentic AI systems and enterprise applications. You will work as a senior technical contributor on cutting-edge AI solutions, translating business requirements into innovative technical implementations while adhering to engineering principles and best practices.
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Agentic AI to drive innovation and deliver transformative AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence & Hands-On Development
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready Agentic AI systems with a focus on code quality, performance, and reliability
- Develop scalable multi-agent systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to cross-functional engineering teams
- Drive engineering best practices and demonstrate technical leadership through strong coding and architectural decisions
Agentic AI Development
- Architect and implement adaptive, autonomous AI agents, including multi-agent coordination, intelligent decision-making workflows, and proactive remediation capabilities
- Build and optimize agent orchestration frameworks using platforms like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies
- Design and deploy LLM/SLM-powered applications with a focus on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement
Innovation & Integration
- Develop intelligent developer tools such as AI-powered code assistants, automated testing frameworks, and observability integrations to enhance team productivity
- Implement AI orchestration solutions to automate distributed agent workflows, data pipelines, and ML operations
- Integrate Agentic AI capabilities with enterprise applications built on React, .NET, and modern cloud platforms
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 6–10 years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience delivering Agentic AI solutions in production environments
- Strong track record of shipping AI-powered features across multiple product cycles
- Experience in product engineering with demonstrated thought leadership in AI and automation domains
Agentic AI Technical Expertise
Core AI/ML Competencies
- Hands-on experience with agent-oriented programming, multi-agent system design, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions at scale
- Proficiency with AI orchestration and workflow tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Experience with LLM/SLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, and model optimization
Programming & Development
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI agent and LLM system development
