We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, who’s passionate about building multi-tenant analytics services processing millions of CX data points daily. You’ll help shape the technical direction of our platform and work alongside some of the best minds in the CX tech industry.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and ship backend and frontend features used by enterprise customers.
- Own features and services from technical design through production release.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards.
- Review code and help raise overall engineering quality.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver stable, maintainable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentor engineers and support growth within the team.
What we’re looking for
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
- You’ll own end-to-end delivery of services, influence architectural direction, and mentor engineers across squads.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) and solid backend development experience.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js preferred, React or Angular acceptable).
- Practical experience working with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable). We primarily run on Azure (App Services, SQL, messaging), experience in similar cloud environments is fine.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), ORM frameworks, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, clean architecture, and best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with message queues or event-driven architecture.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong automated testing and TDD experience.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
