Role: Senior QA engineer: Automation

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end QA automation strategy across mobile apps, backend APIs, and web platforms
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks, starting as an IC and set up a team over time
- Perform load & performance testing to ensure scale-readiness
- Conduct security testing aligned
- Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and mobile engineers in an agile squad
Must have experience
- Mobile Automation: Espresso / Appium / Detox
- Backend & API Testing: Rest Assured / Cypress / Playwright / Karate
- Performance Testing: Lighthouse / Locust / WebPageTest / JMeter / Vegeta
- Security: Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
What we are looking for
- 4-6 years of experience in QA automation
- Prior experience in fintech or regulated fields
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Experience working in product-focused teams or startups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Location
- India (Remote-friendly, with preference for Bangalore)
