Role: Senior Developer AI Augmented Systems Python Laravel SaaS
Location: Mumbai On site Andheri (w) or Goregaon (w)

Role Overview
We are looking for a senior developer who can use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch. The role is about translating business requirements into structured systems and delivering production ready modules quickly using a mix of manual coding and AI generated output.
You will work directly with the CTO, define execution plans, and build scalable SaaS modules with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
AI Assisted Development and Prompt Engineering
Design and refine prompts to generate reliable code using AI tools
Translate requirements into structured prompt workflows
Review, validate, and optimise AI generated code before production use
Backend and Full Stack Development
Build systems using Python and Laravel at an advanced level
Develop APIs, services, and database structures
Ensure modular and reusable architecture
SaaS Architecture and System Design
Design multi tenant systems with clear module boundaries
Build plug and play components
Define data flow and integration patterns
Execution and Delivery
Deliver features quickly without compromising code quality
Take ownership of modules from requirement to deployment
Maintain balance between speed and long term maintainability
Debugging and Code Quality
Debug both AI generated and manually written code
Identify structural issues early
Maintain clean, readable, and well organised codebases
Client Requirement Translation
Understand and break down business requirements
Convert them into technical plans and execution steps
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine scope
Reporting and Planning
Work closely with the CTO
Create sprint plans and realistic timelines
Provide clear progress updates

Required Skills
Technical
Strong experience in Python and Laravel
Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and modular systems
Experience with API design and database structuring
Hands on use of AI tools for coding and prompt engineering
