About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Software R&D team, working on innovative platforms like ECS/ProcessExpert® and QCX/BlendExpert. You’ll collaborate with teams and customers to design solutions, develop and enhance software, troubleshoot issues, and support global deployments, all while optimizing industrial processes for efficiency, stability, and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain industrial automation software.
- Develop ECS/Process Control®, ECS/ProcessExpert®, QCX®, BlendExpert® and related products softwares.
- Develop and maintain TCP/IP-based communication drivers for PLCs, analyzers, and third-party systems.
- Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software and communication issues.
- Support global deployments and customer troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers.
Must Have
- 7–14 years of software development experience in software coding in C# preferably in industrial automation.
- Expert in C#, .NET, Framework, Object-Oriented Design, Solid Principles.
- Strong MS SQL Server knowledge.
- Strong Experience with Windows Desktop Applications, Multithreading, Windows services, TCP/IP socket programming, Asynchronous Programming.
- WPF, XAML, MVVM, Azure, Git.
- Nice to have skill in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, AI/ML, MPC, Splunk.
- Excellent debugging using WinDbg, Wireshark, memory dump and performance analysis.
- Cybersecurity awareness for industrial control systems.
Good to Have
- Experience with C++ and maintaining mixed C++/C# codebases will be added advantage.
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
- Experience with TCP/IP communication drivers and industrial protocols (OPC DA/UA, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, MQTT).
- PLC programming, SACADA & DCS systems, Industry 4.0, industrial networking.
- Cement manufacturing and process control knowledge.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
