Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Minimum 6+years of experience in QA Automation development.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation testing.
Experience in executing automated test scripts and reporting results.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and UAT support.
Ability to update and maintain automated scripts based on new requirements or design changes.
Experience working with GitLab (including GitLab Duo or similar AI-assisted test creation tools).
Experience in automation testing of high-performance, high-availability, scalable distributed systems handling large data volumes.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, DevOps).
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
Experience with TestComplete automation tool.
Exposure to AI-driven automation tools such as Qyrus AI and VirtuosoQA.
Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration for automation suites.
Experience in API automation testing (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
