About Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Architect to define and drive the architecture of scalable, high?performance, distributed systems. This role combines hands?on architecture and development leadership across backend, frontend, data streaming, and cloud?native platforms. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to design robust microservices?based solutions, ensure best in class engineering standards, and mentor development teams while enabling continuous delivery and system reliability at scale.

What You'll Do
- Define and drive the overall architecture for scalable, distributed, and cloud ready systems
- Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement microservices based systems using domain driven design principles
- Design and optimize real?time event driven data pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Design and implement APIs using REST and GraphQL
- Develop responsive and high performance frontend applications using React.js
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and fault tolerance
- Apply industry standard design patterns and architectural best practices
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Product, and UI/UX teams
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and architectural governance
- Enforce coding standards, quality benchmarks, and engineering best practices
- Drive CI/CD adoption, automation strategies, and DevOps alignment
Expertise You'll Bring
- 12 years of experience in software development and architecture roles
- Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures
- Solid hands on experience with Apache Kafka for event driven systems
- Proficiency in frontend development using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and resiliency patterns
- Deep knowledge of design patterns (GoF, Enterprise Integration Patterns)
- Experience implementing API security using OAuth2, JWT, or similar standards
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and system thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams and stakeholders
