Software Technical Architect

Must-Have Skills
- 8–13 years in software engineering, with minimum 2+ years in architecture.
- Strong expertise in frontend (React, TypeScript, PWA, Service Workers) and backend (.NET, event-driven architectures).
- Hands-on with cloud-native systems: Azure, microservices, API gateways, CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), WPF, and MVVM.
- Experience in data architecture, integrations, and offline-first application design (local data, sync, conflict resolution).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- HIPAA knowledge is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and review practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Compliance teams.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-region, multi-tenant architectures.
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, medical devices).
- Strong expertise in sync, caching, and reconciliation for offline apps
