We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who's ready to take ownership, lead with data, and make an actual impact — not just fill a seat.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies aligned with brand goals and current trends
- Lead content end-to-end — from ideation and briefing to execution and performance review
- Drive consistent month-on-month growth through data-backed analysis and optimization
- Run and scale Meta Ads campaigns to maximise reach, leads, and conversions
- Manage and mentor the content team, embedding AI workflows and modern tools for peak efficiency
- Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless, on-time output
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads — you know how to build, optimise, and scale campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset — you back every decision with numbers
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Comfort with AI tools and modern content workflows
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
