ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Strategist to lead social media efforts across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, visual design skills, and hands-on content creation experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple client accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, reels, carousels, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design visually compelling social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including community management, engagement, and timely responses to comments and DMs.
- Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and drive campaign results.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and social media audits to inform strategy and content direction.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using analytics tools.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging content formats to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, paid media, and SEO teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Manage content calendars, approval workflows, and publishing schedules for all assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social channels for each client.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy, management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for designing social media creatives and marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand voice development, visual identity, and messaging consistency.
- Demonstrated experience with influencer collaboration, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy, captions, and hashtag strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, best practices, and advertising ecosystems.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platform analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think both strategically and visually.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and how social media integrates with broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing successful social media campaigns and measurable results.
