Senior Social Media Specialist – Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist – Team Lead who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and is confident managing client-facing brand relationships in the D2C and Indian consumer brand space. The role demands someone with exceptional communication, presentation, and content planning expertise, while also being capable of leading by example in dynamic execution environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution for D2C and Indian consumer brands
- Drive client communication, presentations, reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
- Contribute to content ideation, creative storytelling, and platform-first campaign thinking
- Build structured workflows and execution alignment across internal teams
- Mentor interns and junior team members through training, delegation, and execution guidance
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns in fast-moving and deadline-driven environments
- Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Take ownership as an individual contributor whenever required while maintaining team alignment
- Stay updated with evolving social trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour patterns
- Bring proactive ideas, execution agility, and solution-oriented thinking into everyday operations
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in agency environments
- Strong exposure to D2C brands or Indian client-facing business ecosystems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven experience in content strategy, campaign planning, and execution management
- Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team culture
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and creative problem-solving
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is preferred
- Comfortable working in high-energy and fast-paced execution environments

- Work From Office – Chennai
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
