Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Social Media Manager with strong agency experience to lead social media operations, client servicing, and team management. This role requires someone who understands the fast-paced nature of agency work and can manage multiple brands, teams, and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring strategic execution and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Oversee content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Ensure brand consistency and strong storytelling across all social media channels
Client Servicing
- Handle end-to-end client communication and relationship management
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable social media strategies
- Conduct regular review meetings, performance updates, and campaign discussions
Operations Management
- Manage daily social media operations across multiple client accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, and reports
- Streamline workflows between design, content, and marketing teams
Team Management
- Lead and mentor social media executives, content creators, and designers
- Delegate tasks, monitor quality, and ensure deadlines are met
- Build efficient processes to improve productivity and campaign output
Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Expertise in end-to-end client servicing
- Solid understanding of social media strategy, campaigns, and analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong operational and project management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
