Senior Social Media Manager - Gryd Co.At Gryd Co., we work with jewellery and lifestyle brands to build visually strong, culturally relevant, and high-performing digital identities.
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can independently manage premium brand accounts while driving strong execution across content, campaigns, influencers, shoots, and client communication.
This role requires someone who understands luxury aesthetics, trend culture, social-first storytelling, influencer ecosystems, and fast-paced agency execution — someone who can balance strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage client communication, account execution, and day-to-day servicing.
- Build strong client relationships and confidently handle feedback, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Develop content directions, campaign ideas, and social-first strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for launches, festive campaigns, collaborations, and organic content.
- Stay constantly updated with jewellery, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, creator, and Instagram trends.
- Identify viral content opportunities, creator formats, trending audios, and culturally relevant ideas.
- Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, closures, and relationship management.
- Manage influencer collaborations, PR activities, and brand partnerships end-to-end.
- Create strong creative briefs for designers, photographers, editors, and content teams.
- Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, trend research, content planning, captions, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead photoshoot scripting, moodboarding, planning, and on-ground coordination.
- Guide junior team members and ensure smooth coordination across design, content, influencer, and production teams.
Requirements- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand management.
- A minimum 2 years of agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience handling jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, influencer ecosystems, content trends, and premium brand aesthetics.
- Proven ability to think in campaigns and execute them end-to-end.
- Strong communication, coordination, client servicing, and execution skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing, PR outreach, and brand collaborations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for modern content creation and workflow optimization.
