Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team on-site in the Pune Division. In this role, you will strategize, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include creating and managing content strategies, tracking key performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and aligning social media initiatives with overall marketing goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in communication.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and content planning for various platforms
- Skills in Communication and Writing to craft engaging and brand-consistent messaging
- Proven track record in developing and executing Content Strategy for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and optimizing campaign performance
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines
- Experience in handling social media tools and platforms effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with advertising and design is a plus
