Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Social Media Manager role, based in the Pune Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing platforms, optimizing social media content to improve engagement (SMO), and crafting compelling content. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and staying updated on social media trends to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience with developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics for continuous improvement
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
