Senior Social Media Executive
As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will manage multiple client accounts, drive strategic digital campaigns, and act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires a strong balance of strategy, execution, and client communication to enhance brand visibility, optimize performance, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of client brands, market positioning, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Campaign Management: Manage assigned accounts and collaborate with teams to plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Internal Coordination: Work with Creative, Design, and Tech teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality social media assets.
• Quality Control: Monitor brand pages to ensure strict adherence to content calendars, quality standards, and client guidelines.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create media plans, track budgets, and prepare insightful monthly performance reports and quarterly competitive analyses.
• Tool Management: Use tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, social listening platforms) to optimize performance and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Paid Social: Execute paid promotions and click-based ads to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging digital trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Skill Set
▪ Candidates should possess relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content writing within an agency environment.
▪ You must have persuasive written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
▪ Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations is essential.

Skills & Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass communication or a related field.
▪ Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
▪ Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social advertising, and digital campaign analytics.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
