We’re Hiring: Senior Social Media Executive
If you live and breathe social media, think in calendars and campaigns, and have a sharp eye for design - this role is for you. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Social Media Executive to lead content planning and execution for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistency and impact.
- Assign work and coordinate with designers, photographers and content executives.
- Bring strong design sensibility and provide clear creative direction to maintain visual consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Manage community engagement and ensure timely responses.
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or multiple clients.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable monthly plans.
- Good design sensibility with experience briefing and reviewing creatives.
- Experience managing calendars, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with analytics, insights, and performance reporting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Annual CTC: INR 3,50,000 to 5,00,000 depending on experience and skill set.
