Job Profile : Senior Executive - Social Media
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Location : Surat
Work Mode : 6 days work from office
Must Have : Social Media Platforms ,Real Time Content,Video Editing,Video Creation,Content Strategy,Story telling,Short term video,Mobile Photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel continuously with leadership to capture and create real- time content across locations
- Shoot, edit, and publish live updates, reels, stories, and videos on the go
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook)
- Plan and adapt content calendars based on travel schedules and live events
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign alignment while working remotely
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and real-time interactions
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and reputation across platforms
- Track performance metrics and share timely insights and reports
- Stay updated with trending formats to ensure content remains fresh and engaging
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and real-time content strategy
- Strong understanding of personal brand management, with the ability to build, position, and maintain leadership’s public image across social media
- Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on short-form video content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable, travel-heavy environment
- Hands-on skills in mobile photography, videography, and quick editing
- Strong communication skills and creative mindset
