Snowflake Developer specializing in Data Quality to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data within our Snowflake environment.
As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing data quality management processes, ensuring high data standards across projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and trusted data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks within the Snowflake environment.
• Design, build, and maintain data validation scripts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Optimize data pipelines to maintain data integrity and performance.
• Monitor and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to assess data reliability.
• Conduct data profiling and perform root cause analysis of data quality issues.
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective and preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
• Establish and track KPIs related to data quality and reliability.
• Provide expertise in data quality management best practices and Snowflake features.
• Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends in data quality management.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data governance, or data quality roles.
• Proficiency in Snowflake architecture and SQL for data manipulation and validation.
• Hands-on experience with the Snowflake data platform.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and automated data validation tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and quality standards.
• Proven experience implementing data validation, monitoring, and security controls
