We are seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Technical Lead with deep expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and modern data engineering to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong client-facing experience, capable of driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Snowflake data warehouse solutions across DEV, SIT, and PROD environments.
- Develop and maintain dbt models, project structures, testing frameworks, and documentation.
- Implement RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking, secure data sharing, and governance best practices.
- Design and manage data ingestion and orchestration pipelines using Airflow or similar tools.
- Build and integrate API-based data ingestion solutions and support unstructured data processing.
- Define and enforce data quality frameworks, monitoring, and governance standards.
- Lead discovery workshops, schema mapping sessions, and solution design with business stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
- Prepare runbooks, cutover plans, and technical documentation to support production deployments.
