About The Team
We work in cross‑functional squads (for example: squad lead, business analyst, development lead, software engineers, and test engineers). Squads share ownership of delivery and collaborate closely to solve problems and improve the product.
About The Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) I, you will lead reliability and automation work that improves service health, strengthens observability, and reduces manual effort across cloud services. You’ll partner with engineering, QA, and platform teams to build and improve shared CI/CD capabilities, support incident response through an on-call rotation, and help teams adopt cloud-compatible practices as we expand cloud-native applications and create a new hosted API service.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple teams with CI/CD delivery (Git branching, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Design and maintain versioning, branching, and build pipelines.
- Prepare and maintain environments (Kubernetes upgrades, VM upgrades).
- Manage and upgrade Docker base images and rebuild processes.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub, automation).
- Automate repetitive tasks with an automation-first mindset.
- Define, standardize, and document build and rebuild workflows.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, support incident response, and share knowledge—informally mentoring and guiding more junior engineers.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git.
- Strong knowledge of designing CI Jobs & workflows multi-repositories.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting skills in Shell/Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of CI best practices (code reviews, coverage, TDD).
- Strong automation, documentation, and communication skills.
