Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Site Manager for Germany opportunities, based in Germany. The role involves managing site operations, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders. The candidate will oversee project timelines, supervise on-site activities, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, site coordination, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience managing international projects in Germany preferred
